Jet9's Terms and Conditions — In plain English

Jet9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Jet9 and its users ("you" or "member").

• Identity: You must provide your real name, mobile number, and date of birth.
• One Account: Only one account may be opened per mobile number or device.
• Password: Use a strong password and never share it with anyone.
• Update Your Details: If your personal details change, please update your profile immediately.

Jet9 may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for identity verification. If the information provided is false or incomplete, your account may be suspended or terminated and any associated balance may be forfeited.

Jet9 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Every transaction is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your funds safe.

• If a deposit is unsuccessful, no funds will be deducted; failed transactions are automatically reversed.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method.
• Transactions using a third party's mobile number or account are not permitted.
• Jet9 will automatically flag suspicious transactions for review and may request verification if necessary.

Jet9 bonus offers are designed to enhance the entertainment experience for members. Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements and expiry period. Failure to meet the bonus terms may result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% on your first deposit, maximum BDT 5,000. Wagering: 10x.

• Referral Bonus: A fixed bonus amount for each successful referral.

Jet9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is detected — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — all associated accounts will be terminated.

Jet9 offers Sports Betting, live betting, virtual sports, and casino games. Odds across all betting markets are updated in real time. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless an early cashout option is available.

• Pre-match bets are accepted up until the start of the match or event.
• Odds may change during live betting; the odds at the time of submission are final.
• Jet9 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are voided and stakes are returned.
• Bet settlement will take place after the official result is announced.
• Any account found to be involved in match-fixing or using insider information will be permanently banned.

Minimum bet is BDT 10; maximum bet varies by market and event. Maximum winnings on a single bet are up to BDT 5,000,000. Special conditions apply to parlay or accumulator bets.

To withdraw from Jet9, your account must be fully verified (KYC process completed). Withdrawals are only permitted to your registered payment method.

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 200,000
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held until bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Large withdrawals may require additional verification.

Members may request account closure at any time. Jet9 also reserves the right to close or suspend an account under specific circumstances.

• If registration was completed using false information.
• Creating multiple accounts or attempting bonus fraud.
• If money laundering or any illegal activity is suspected.
• Any attempt to compromise the platform's security or harm other members.
• Repeated violations of the Terms and Conditions.

Following account termination, any verifiable balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded within 7 business days, provided no irregularities are found during investigation.

If you have a complaint, please contact our support team first. We typically respond within 48 hours. If the issue remains unresolved, a formal complaints process will be initiated.

• An initial response will be provided within 5 business days of a complaint being submitted.
• Complex disputes will be resolved within 15 business days where possible.
• In the event of a technical error, Jet9's system logs will serve as the final and definitive record.
• Jet9 is not responsible for decisions made by members or betting errors.
